Historical Renovation
Historical properties have always had a special place in my heart, mostly because nothing is built with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of an older building. The picture in this section illustrates my point. (THIS IS NOT A PROJECT I WORKED ON.) This building is in Tacoma,WA. It is the old Elks lodge. It sat abandoned for 30 years prior to McMenamins purchasing it and renovating it.
