As-Built Drawings
Getting the dimensions of an existing space and/or matching the look of an existing building is often the first step to a successful addition or renovation project.
Historical Renovation
Historical properties have always had a special place in my heart, mostly because nothing is built with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of an older building. The picture in this section illustrates my point. (THIS IS NOT A PROJECT I WORKED ON.) This building is in Tacoma,WA. It is the old Elks lodge. It sat abandoned for 30 years prior to McMenamins purchasing it and renovating it.
