Freelance Services offers a range of architectural services including custom home design, renovation, addition, light commercial design, and permitting services.

Typically, I begin the design process with a preliminary design proposal, for two reasons. A) It allows the client to see how I work, and ensures we work well together. B) It gives the client, myself, and any engineers involved a clear scope of work. Allowing for more accurate bids for the work provided.

I am not, however the knowledge I've acquired in my 25+ years in the industry has equipped me to design most structures. I also have an architect that will review and sign and seal my work, as well as structural and other engineers I can rely on as needed throughout the project.
